upscale furnishings, beautifully decorated guest rooms,
and be treated to a delicious gourmet breakfast.

"Rose
Room" is
everything you'd want in a bed and breakfast
room. Decorated in a light-hearted Victorian
style, complete with Queen size four-poster bed, TV (Hidden in
the armoire, of course!) and a fireplace with its own romantic
trompe l’oeil fire!
The
private full bath offers a selection of herbal bath  crystals to match
your mood,
And
a bottle of Sherry is always available for sipping!

"Ruby Room" will
cheer and brighten your morning, and mellow and relax your
evenings.
Decorated
in a lush ruby toile, this room has a romantic
French flair about it. Private bath with shower and comfy
four poster bed complete the sense of enchantment!
(If you're an early riser, the east
window will delight you!)
The "FarmHouse
Room" is a
bright and airy sanctuary designed for relaxation. Features a
queen brass bed, private bath with shower,
window seat overlooking the garden, and whimsical topiary tromp‘l’oil.

Weekday
mornings begin with a delightful "not-your- average- continental"
breakfast featuring coffee,
assortment of teas, juice, fresh fruit and other
delightful delectable's - served at
7:30am.
Weekends
feature a hot breakfast especially prepared for our guests. Specialties of the house include "MoonStruck
Eggs" (Remember the eggs in the movie?), Baked Eggs
with Havarti Cheese & Herbs, Pecan Morning Casserole and more.
Take a morning walk or run through
our safe little westside neighborhood, full of quaint
little houses and flat terrain on one side of the street -- or
cross the street and go for the cardio challenge up the hills!
The
Magic Herb Garden is a tranquil and fragrant spot to relax, read a book or plan the day's agenda.

Reservations will be confirmed by mail or email upon receipt of
deposit. Balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations:
Your deposit
will be refunded if we are notified 10 days prior to your
planned arrival with a $10 cancellation fee. Not applicable to SU Parents Weekend or
graduation. Cancellations less than 2 days before your
reservation will be charged for one night's stay.

Visa, MasterCard, cash or personal check.
Check in /
Check out: rooms
are available for check in between 2PM and 6PM unless prior
arrangements have been made. Check out time is 11am.
